REFUND POLICY

Clear rules. Fair outcomes.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, its delivery state and the circumstances of the transaction.

Refunds are assessed by transaction state.

Digital services behave differently from physical products. Whether a refund is available therefore depends on whether the relevant service has been delivered, consumed, started, failed or otherwise reached a final state.

MARKETPLACE

Digital Marketplace purchases

Because Marketplace products may contain immediately accessible digital information or credentials, completed delivery can limit refund eligibility.

  • Report a material delivery problem promptly.
  • Do not intentionally consume or alter disputed credentials.
  • Support may review relevant order and access records.
SMS VERIFICATION

Virtual-number orders

SMS refund eligibility depends on the provider and order state. Eligible failed or cancelled transactions may be returned to the Logs.ng wallet.

  • Provider status may determine eligibility.
  • Successfully consumed services may not be refundable.
  • Eligible refunds are recorded as wallet transactions.
SOCIAL BOOST

Boost orders

Boost orders may begin processing shortly after submission. Refund or adjustment eligibility depends on the provider's final order result and the amount of service delivered.

  • Failed orders may qualify for an applicable refund.
  • Partially fulfilled orders may be treated differently.
  • Completed services are generally not treated as undelivered.
WALLET & PAYMENTS

Funding issues

A payment that appears pending is not automatically a failed payment. Logs.ng may verify the payment status before making any wallet adjustment.

  • Do not make duplicate payments solely because one is pending.
  • Use available payment verification tools first.
  • Contact support if the verified result remains incorrect.
IMPORTANT

When a refund may be declined.

A digital product or service was successfully delivered or consumed.
The issue resulted from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
The service was used in violation of applicable rules or platform terms.
A claim is inconsistent with available transaction, provider or access records.
The request concerns a change of mind after an eligible digital service has already been fulfilled.
