1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing Logs.ng or using any service made available through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
2. The Logs.ng platform
Logs.ng provides access to digital services that may include Marketplace listings, SMS Verification, Social Boost, wallet functionality, order management and customer support.
Certain services may rely on third-party payment processors, telecommunications or virtual-number providers, social service providers, infrastructure providers or other external systems.
3. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You should contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Logs.ng must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party services, circumvention of security controls or activity that infringes the rights of another person.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties or comply with legal obligations.
5. Wallet and payments
The Logs.ng wallet represents funds recorded for use with eligible services on the platform. Displayed wallet balances are not represented as bank accounts, savings products or investment products.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. A payment initiation does not necessarily mean that funding has completed. Wallet credit is subject to successful payment verification.
6. Marketplace
Marketplace listings contain information relevant to the digital item offered. Customers are expected to review the available listing information before completing a purchase.
Access to purchased credentials or other protected delivery information may be subject to account authentication and platform access controls.
7. SMS Verification
Virtual-number availability, operator availability, pricing, delivery and activation status may depend on third-party providers and can change without notice.
A purchased number must be used lawfully and in accordance with any rules applicable to the relevant service, telecommunications provider and jurisdiction.
8. Social Boost
Social Boost orders may be fulfilled through third-party service providers. Processing time and final delivery may vary according to the selected service and provider conditions.
Users remain responsible for ensuring their use of a Boost service is consistent with applicable law and any terms imposed by the relevant social platform.
9. Pricing and availability
Prices, inventory and service availability may change. The applicable price presented when an order is submitted is the price used for that transaction unless an error, failed transaction or other exceptional circumstance requires correction.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Logs.ng Refund Policy and the circumstances of the relevant transaction. Not every completed or delivered digital service is refundable.
11. Service availability
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee that every feature or third-party service will be continuously available, uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Changes to the platform or Terms
Logs.ng may modify platform features or update these Terms when necessary. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate manner. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
